\nFirst of all, do you want to introduce yourself to our readers?<\/strong>
\nMy name is Hussam Aldeen Mohamed Amin Ezzat. I am the first player in the Iraqi National Symphony Orchestra<\/em>, a member of the World Youth Orchestra<\/em> in Germany and of the Arab Youth Orchestra<\/em>, and participated in the Youth Orchestra<\/em> in all the European countries.<\/p>\n

When did you start to play the cello, and why the cello and not another musical instrument?<\/strong>
\nI started playing cello in the music and ballet school when I am 9 years old and my father chose me this cello and I loved it so much.<\/p>\n

Who was your first cello teacher?<\/strong>
\nMy first teacher was Mr. Nabil Hani. He taught me one year and then my mother died when I was 9. I had to leave the cello for a while. And then I came back to the cello when I was 18 and I did not have a special professor and developed myself through courses and orchestra and my participation in the youth orchestra. So I obtained a diploma in music from the Institute of Fine Arts <\/em>and now\u00a0I am the first cello of the Iraqi National Symphony Orchestra<\/em>.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

When and where did you play in public for the first time?<\/strong>
\nThe first orchestra I participated in was in the year 2007, in the city of Erbil, with the Iraqi National Symphony Orchestra.<\/em><\/p>\n

What is the moment of your life as a cellist that you remember with more pleasure?<\/strong>
\nThe most beautiful moment was in my life, which is when I played my first solo with the orchestra. It was in the year 2016 and I played Oblivion<\/em>, by Astor Piazzolla.<\/p>\n

What is your favorite composer and which your favorite composition?<\/strong>
\nOne of the most important music composers is Tchaikovsky and one of the most important musical pieces is above all the Symphony No. 9 in E minor, “From the New World”<\/em>, by Antonin Dvo\u0159\u00e1k<\/p>\n

Do you prefer to play alone, with other cellists, or with musicians who play other instruments?<\/strong>
\nI love playing with the orchestra, and I also love to play with the string quartet, but I also like to play solo, because all these forms have their own aesthetic<\/p>\n

Are there many cellists in your country?<\/strong>
\nYes, we have cello players now, both young and old<\/p>\n

Are there job opportunities for cellists?<\/strong>
\nYes, with the Iraqi National Orchestra<\/em> have jobs and that depends depending on the possibility of playing and even perform<\/p>\n

If you were asked to organize a concert for children who have never attended a classical music concert, which compositions would you choose to play?<\/strong>
\nYes, I participated and worked with many young orchestras and I have experience in this area, but for children, as you say, I prefer compositions by Mozart or Haydn<\/p>\n

What are your musical dreams for the future?<\/strong>
\nMy dream and my future goal, is to become a maestro, like my father Mohamed Amin Ezzat, who is the maestro and director of the Iraqi National Symphony Orchestra<\/em>.<\/p>\n
