On June 29, 1941 the pianist and composer Ignacy Jan Paderewski died in New York. We remember him by listening to a beautiful interpretation of his Menuet Célèbre from 6 Humoresques de Concert, Op.14 No.1. On IMSLP there is the score of a transcription for cello and piano of this very short composition.
